Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age greater than or equal to 18 years. Undergoing elective advanced cancer surgery - Gastrointestinal cancer surgery - Hepatopancreatobiliary - Gynecologic including - Peritoneal surface malignancy including CRS HIPEC - Thoracic cancer surgery Informed consent provided
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Known allergy or intolerance to glutamine. Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction. Participation in another interventional study. Emergency surgeries.
