Intervention1: INDIVIDUALIZED HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES: PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE INDIVIDUALIZED HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES SELECTED ON THE BASES OF TOTALITY OF SYMPTOMS. EACH MEDICINE WILL BE ADMINISTERED

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with plantar fasciitis using Windlass test. 2. Subjects who are not on treatment, from any other system of medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal deformities of foot, Calcaneal spur and Foot ulcer. 2. Recent ankle surgery and traumatic events like, rupture of tendon and ligament ankle joint, fracture of ankle joint. 3. Subjects with sensory motor deficit due to nerve injury and immune compromised individuals. 4. Pregnant and Lactating mother.

| Outcome will be assessed based on pre and post treatment within the given study time period, using foot and ankle ability measure scale score. Improved Subjects who show improvement in sign and symptoms of plantar fasciitis with Foot and ankle ability scale score above 80. Not improved Subjects who show no improvement in sign and symptoms of plantar fasciitis with Foot and ankle ability measure scale score below 80.Timepoint: Base line (0 Days) and Last follow up (120 Days). Clinical follow up visit will be conducted once in 15 days for 4 months. Foot and ankle ability measure scale score assessments will be done at baseline and at the end of 4 months. | — |
