Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic anterior cruciate ligament insufficiency associated with or without meniscal or chondral injury. MRI evidence of anterior cruciate ligament tear. Examination under anaesthesia showing evidence of anterior cruciate ligament insufficiency like Lachman test and pivot shift test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dislocated knee joint. Grade 3 collateral ligament insufficiency. Multi ligamentous injury. Neurovascular insufficiency of affected limb.
