Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All known cases of Diabetes Mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non Diabetic On drugs than are known to cause QTc prolongation (ex antiarrythmic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, etc.) Known case of Hypothyroidism Known case of Chronic Kidney Disease (Hypocalcemia, Hypomagnesemia, Hypokalemia) IC Bleed, Acute Myocardial Infarction
