Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pressure ulcer (decubitus ulcer) confirmed by a health care professional, ulcer duration should be minimum 3 weeks, ulcer size minimum 1square centimetre,any location,patient must provide informed consent and be willing to participate in the study, patient must be able to follow instructions and attend follow up appointments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breast feeding females ,severe mental illness patients ,severe cognitive impairment patients ,patients with life expectancy of less than 6 months ,patients with active cancer,patients with severe infection such as sepsis, patients with allergy to study drug , diabetic foot, arterial and venous ulcer, known cases of HIV and Hepatitis
