Intervention1: Therapeutic Plasma Exchange: 5 sessions of therapeutic plasma exchange, exchanging 1-1.5 volume, will be carried out on alternate days, over 10 days

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both first attack as well as relapses of NMOSD diagnosed as per IPND 2015 criteria. 2. Have received one course of IV Methylprednisolone 1g per day for 5 days 3. Disease duration from onset to TPE treatment less than 60days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2. Mechanically ventilated patients 3. Severe concurrent Medical illness like TB, CKD, CLD, CCF 4. Any contraindication to TPE
