Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male club level cricket players Age group 18-25 years Minimum 2 years of playing experience at club level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any musculoskeletal injury. Any neuromuscular injury. Player involved in any other form of training. Ongoing rehabilitation to past injury
