Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational players aged 18-25 years History of hamstring tightness. Active participation in football training. Neurodynamic restriction confirmed via positive SlumpTest or Straight Leg Raise (SLR less than 70 degrees) Participants signing the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing lumbar spine pathology(e.g. disc herniation, confirmed by history). Neurological disorders affecting lower limbs. Recent surgical interventions(less than 6 months). Acute hamstring strain (less than 6 weeks). Recent lower limb injuries(less than 3 months). Systemic conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis). Regular use of muscle relaxants or pain medication affecting hamstring tone. Hypermobility of L4-L5
