Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Prevalence of HLA Class I and II mismatch with KIR genotypes in women with repeated implantation failure, and implantation rate after personalized immunomodulatory treatment in mismatch couplesTimepoint: Time Points: Baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks Baseline (before IVF cycle), 4 weeks after embryo transfer (biochemical pregnancy), and 8 weeks after embryo transfer (clinical pregnancy with cardiac activity) | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1. Distribution of activating & inhibitory KIR genotypes in repeated implantation failures & their association with specific HLA alleles. 2.Implantation rate & Clinical pregnancy rate after personalised treatment in mismatch couples. 3. Comparing the prevalence of HLA-C-KIR mismatch among the fertile controls & RIF patients Timepoint: 1. At baseline 2. At 12 weeks. 3. At study completion | — |
