Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of Type 2 DM with HbA1c more than 7 percentage 2.Cases of uncontrolled type 2 DM with diagnosed specific complications such as Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Diabetic nephropathy, Diabetic retinopathy, myopathy, osteoporosis et cetera 3.Age more than 18 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 DM 2.Autoimmune diseases 3.Patients with other Severe Infections, disease conditions other than complications of uncontrolled type 2 DM 4.Patients on Immunosuppressants Corticosteroids and Nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs 5.Pregnancy and lactating mother 6.Patients undergone surgery more than 3 months
