Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults aged 18-30 years NonSmokers Not on medications affecting cognitive function or glucose metabolism. Sedentary to moderately active. Only healthy young adults (18 30 years) with minimum higher secondary education will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any contraindication to vigorous physical activity or Any pre-existing neurological disorders metabolic endocrine visual psychiatric or cardiovascular conditions Diagnosed Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes Any history of head injury or cognitive impairment Engaged in HIIT or resistance exercise in previous 3 months
