Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to participate in the clinical trial 2.Patients having symptoms of Karnanada (subjective tinnitus) as per the diagnostic criteria and having idiopathic origin . 3.Patient having age above 18 years and below 70 years. 4.Individual who is having complaint of symptoms of Karnanada (subjective tinnitus) as per the diagnostic criteria for a minimum duration of 15 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nasya Ayogya 2.Diagnosed case of Pandu Roga, Vataja Grahani, Vataja Arsha. 3.Diagnosed case of Tinnitus due to otologic factors like ASOM, CSOM, mennier s disease; metabolic factors like hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism; Neurologic factors like head trauma, ear trauma, multiple sclerosis, brain haemorrhage; Cardiovascular factors like hypertention, hypotension, arteriosclerosis and ototoxic drug induced tinnitus etc. 4.Objective tinnitus, Pulsatile tinnitus. 5.Any other ear pathology like congenital deformity, Moderate to severe type of SNHL, Tympanic membrane perforation etc. 6.History of ear surgery e.g., tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy, stapedectomy etc. 7.Patients having any other chronic debilitating condition.
