Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with clinical features of madhumeha T2DM will be selected Patients with FBS 150 to 250mg per dl and PPBS 200to 350mg per dl Patients with HbA1c 6 to 10 percentage Patients of either sex between the age group of 25 to 60 years Patients who will sign for informed consent Patients who are fit for Snehapana Vamana karma Virechana karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Type I DM Patients with diabetic complications like nephropathy neuropathy retinopathy Pregnancy and Lactating women Patients with severe systemic disorders like Cardiovascular Renal HTN etc
