Intervention1: Integrated Neuromuscular Training (Group A): Integrated Neuromuscular Training will be given for 4 sessions per week, a total of 32 sessions over 8 weeks. Control Intervention1: Convent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female badminton players will be recruited(regional and state level) 2.Have been playing badminton for at least 8-10 hour weekly. 3.Age group: 18-30 years 4.Have been playing badminton for at least 2 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The players with any history of musculoskeletal injury in the last 6 months which may hamper the training. 2.Any major or minor surgery of lower limb ,upper limb and abdomen in last 6 months.
