Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of primary dysmenorrhoea when associated with constipation for atleast 6 months. 2. Female of age 13-35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or lifethreatening illness. 2. Substance abuse and/or dependence. 3. Patients under treatment with OCP, IUCD or NSAIDs. 4. Patient under the treatment of any other therapy. 5.Pregnant or lactating women.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess the improvement in primary dysmenorrhoea by numerical rating scale when associated with constipation before and after treatment. 2.To assess the constipation severity by constipation scoring system scale before and after treatment. Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1 To observe the overall quality of life using EQ-5D-5L questionnaire.Timepoint: 3 Months.
