Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals having mild and moderate anaemia. Patients who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with heavy and clotted menstrual cycle Subjects with cardiac and pulmonary diseases, renal disorders, hemoglobinopathies, menstrual disorders, diabetes, haemolytic anaemia. Subjects who are already taking iron supplementation for iron deficiency anemia. Patients under haemoglobin medications.
