Inclusion criteria: Age 45-65 years Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Able to ambulate independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of stroke, vestibular dysfunction, or recent orthopedic surgery Severe visual or hearing impairment Use of walking aids for daily mobility
