Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling the clinical signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis knee with characteristic X ray findings. 2.Both sexes in age group 60 to 80 years. 3.Patients who are not under any other treatment for the same complaint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious complicated diseases such as heart diseases, severe lung diseases,metastatic bone lesions . 2.Cases of Rheumatoid arthritis,Psoriatic arthritis and systemic diseases like SLE. 3.Severe Osteoarthritis requiring surgical interventions.
