Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age (18-70 yr) and with unilateral knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 or greater) undergoing PRP therapy with geniculate nerve block for chronic knee pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication to geniculate nerve block such as active infection,bleeding disorder, autoimmune disease, certain medication (anticoagulant, antiplatelets drugs), allergy to medication, or pacemaker use, patients with clinically significant cognitive deficit, unstable mental condition, or psychiatric illness, patients who have prior knee surgery for fractures and related pain, patients with complete or full thickness ACL tears
