Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring aesthetic treatment in the upper anteriors. Patients with normal class I malocclusion and require only prosthetic treatment and not orthodontic/ periodontic involvement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with orthodontic or periodontal problems. Patients with parafunctional habits. Patients who cannot give consent (specially abled adults)

Patient experience measures- Treatment comfort: assessed using a visual analog scale or likert scale to measure discomfort during the procedure. Ease of communication and understanding: Patient s perception of how well they understood the treatment plan and provided input during the design process. Time efficiency: measured as total time spent in consultations, design modifications and finalization of restorations. Anxiety and stress levels: evaluated using a standardized questionnaire (example, modified dental anxiety scale- MDAS)Timepoint: 6 months

Patient Satisfaction Measures Aesthetic Outcome Satisfaction: Assessed through a post-treatment survey rating smile attractiveness, symmetry, and overall appearance. Expectation vs. Reality: Comparison of pre-treatment expectations and post-treatment satisfaction. Functional Satisfaction: Assessment of speech, bite comfort, and occlusal stability post- treatment. Retention & Adaptation: Patient feedback on how well they adjusted to the new smile and restorations over time. Timepoint: 6 months;Clinical Outcome Measures- Accuracy & Predictability of Smile Design: Evaluated by comparing planned vs. final results using digital overlays or standardized photographic analysis. Fit & Function of Restorations: Assessed through clinical examination of marginal fit, occlusion, and functionality. Need for Adjustments or Remakes: The number of modifications or reworks required after initial placement. Pre- and post-treatment surveys to assess changes in patient perception.Timepoint: 6 months;Statistical analysis to compare digital vs. conventional approaches, identifying significant differences in satisfaction and experience. Correlation studies to determine the relationship between aesthetic outcomes and overall patient satisfaction. This structured evaluation helps determine the effectiveness of digital smile designing compared to conventional methods in enhancing patient experience and satisfaction.Timepoint: 6 months
