Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who agree for the biopsy Patients satisfying the clinical and histopathological criteria as per the modified WHO

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients taking already systemic drugs such as steroids or other immunosuppressive therapies for at atleast 8 weeks prior to the study. 2. Patients treated with any topical medications for atleast four weeks prior to the study . 3. Pregnant and lactating mother. 4. Presence of candidiasis before therapy. 5. Patient presenting with contraindicates for corticosteroids use, immunodeficiency or severe haematological alterations.
