Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all adult patients between the ages of 18-50years undergoing arthroscopic knee surgeries i.e. ligament repairs and meniscus repairs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with any contraindications to spinal anaesthesia Patients allergic to the study drugs Obese patients Inability to communicate with the patient Patients currently on pain medication Patient requiring general anaesthesia during surgery Prolonged surgery (more than 4 hours) Patient with popliteal artery aneurysm

to assess postoperative analgesic efficacy of IPACK blockTimepoint: 1, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours postoperatively and during first follow up visit within 7 days of surgery
