Intervention1: Arad-I Karsana Turmus Luabe Ispaghol: Freshly prepared paste of 10 gm drug in Luabe Isapghol of 5 gm will be used over wet scalp leave on 5 to 7 minutes then rinse with water Use every

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18 to 65 years of age of either gender Clinically diagnosed cases of Bafa Seborrheic Dermatitis Should not have used a topical antidandruff agent in the past 7 days Willing to refrain from use of all other topical medications that would affect the results of the trial including medicated shampoos oils or antibiotics during the treatment and observation periods of 7 days A 7 days washout from topical antifungals corticosteroids & 14 days washout from oral antifungals corticosteroids and hormonal therapy Patients willing to sign written informed consent form and comply to the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or breastfeeding women Individuals with significant or uncontrolled systemic diseases example cancer immunological deficiencies AIDS uncontrolled diabetes History of hypersensitivity to hair products or severe allergic reactions anaphylaxis Presence of skin other inflammatory conditions that would interfere with assessment such as Scalp Psoriasis Alopecia areata and Contact dermatitis History of other infections of the scalp head or neck Tinia capitis Recent use within 7 days of topical treatments like steroids retinoids anti dandruff products or antihistamines Recent use within 14 days of systemic medications that could affect results such as antifungals steroids antibiotics Patients who received systemic therapy or any immunosuppressive immunomodulatory treatment in last one months before the study
