Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age range Adult 18 -60 years old 2 Scheduled under elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia . 3 ASA class 1and 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of consent . ASA grade 3 and above . Obstetric surgeries like C section. Shock and other contraindications for spinal anesthesia. failed spinal anaesthesia.

MeasureTime frame
the impact of sitting and lateral position on sensory and motor block .Timepoint: Sensory block - every 5 min till end of surgery Motor block - every 5 min till 25 min

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
the incidence of hypotension And patient comfort & satisfaction. Timepoint: Blood pressure - every 5 min Patient comfort & satisfaction after surgery
