Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered occupational therapists, physiotherapists, or nurses currently practicing in neurorehabilitation settings in India. 2. Employed in one of the following work settings: Hospital departments (including OPD, IPD, wards, or ICUs) specifically focused on neurological rehabilitation. Tertiary neurorehabilitation centres. Clinical setups providing rehabilitation for individuals with neurological conditions. 3. A minimum of 6 months of continuous clinical experience in neurorehabilitation. 4. Actively involved in patient care for at least 15 20 hours per week, ensuring sufficient exposure to the clinical demands of neurorehabilitation. 5. Aged 21 years or older. 6. Able to read and understand English, as the survey (ProQOL Version 5) and consent form will be in English. 7. Willing to provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in the online survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Interns or students who are not licensed professionals. 2. Neurorehabilitation professionals who are not currently involved in direct, in-person patient care, such as those in purely administrative, academic, or research roles. 3. Professionals who provide care exclusively through telerehabilitation, without regular in person clinical interaction. 4. Those with less than 6 months of experience in neurorehabilitation practice. 5. Individuals working less than 15 hours per week in clinical contact with neurological patients. 6. Previously diagnosed with burnout or any psychological illness.
