Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 30 - 70 years diagnosed to have periarthritis shoulder VAS score of 4 or above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous shoulder surgery or invasive procedures within the last 6 months Active inflammatory or autoimmune diseases Pregnancy or lactation Allergy to study medications Use of corticosteroids
