Dapagliflozin P/O 10mg once a day for 6 months: To compare the effects of SGLT2 inhibitors with other Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs on SIRI Score in patients with Diabetic Kidney

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults above 18 years of age with Diabetic Kidney Disease - Hba1c of more than 6.5, and Urine Albumin Creatinine ratio of more than 30mg/g, and EGFR of more than 30ml/min/1.73metre square.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age less than 18 years of age 2) Patients with EGFR less than 30ml/min/1.73metre square. 3) Patients who are already on SGLT 2 inhibitors. 4) Patients with any active infection 5) Autoimmune disorders 6) Patient on bone marrow suppressant drugs 7) Malignancies 8) Patients who refused to give informed consent.
