Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 to 35 yrs Both males and females Untrained individuals (no structured exercise in the last 6 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic conditions (eg hypertension, diabetes, asthma). History of musculoskeletal injuries in the lower limbs in last six months.
