Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Confirmed cases of Primary Hypothyroidism classified under ICD-11 code 5A00 2 TSH levels between 1-10 3 Patients on a stable dose of Levothyroxine for at least 6 weeks with a stable TSH value within the last month prior to enrollment 4 Zulewski Clinical Score greater than 3 5 Willingness to provide written informed consent for 9 month follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant and lactating women 2 Patient with significant psychiatric illness affecting treatment compliance 3 Patient with sever co-morbid conditions such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Chronic renal failure Malignancies etc 4 Patient with history of thyroid surgery or radioiodine therapy
