Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate female Athletes No current participation in structured resistance training programs Free from chronic diseases or injuries affecting exercise performance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of medications affecting metabolism or muscle function Any orthopaedic limitations preventing participation in resistance training

Body Composition: Skin fold measurement Agility: Agility T-Test Muscle Strength: One-repetition maximum (10RM) tests for major muscle groups. Performance: Questionnaire for assessing the performance Timepoint: After 8 Weeks the outcome measure will be measured . The performance questionnaire for assessing the performance will be done end of the study.
