: In this technique bulk fill composite of 4mm is taken into the cavity and packed in single increment and light cured. time taken would be 30 minutes

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with good health 2. Patients who has more than 1 carious lesion 3. Permanent maxillary and mandibular molars requiring composite restoration 4. Teeth being vital on pulp vitality testing 5. Radiographically : depth of the cavity being 3mm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth with root caries 2.History of taking analgesic in past 12 hrs 3.Medically compromised patients 4. Pain on percussion 5. Teeth with compromised periodontal condition 6. Teeth with periapical lesion 7. Teeth with restoration or previously treated 8. Teeth with resorption, calcification and cracks. 9. Endodontically treated 10.Teeth having caries other than class I
