Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic and asymptomatic cases with evidence on USG KUB of calculi in the kidney, ureter or bladder Age between 18 to 60 years and both sexes included Size of the calculus must be between 5 mm and 19 mm Patient willing to participate in the study and ready to give written consent No active treatment is being taken for the reduction or expulsion of the stone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases with bilateral moderate hydronephrosis and severe unilateral or bilateral hydronephrosis Cases with gross developmental defect or structural anomaly of the urinary system Staghorn calculus Less than 5mm size of stone and not more than 19mm Cases with other severe systemic disease who consumes plenty of allopathic medicine on regular basis. Hyperparathyroidism cases On homoeopathic medication for any other chronic disease Patient who are taking calcium supplements
