Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering with Janu Sandhivata (Primary OA knee) in bilateral or unilateral knee joints in the age group of 35-75 years, irrespective of their gender, caste, religion, or socioeconomic status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Grade IV knee osteoarthritis, as per the Kellgren Lawrence radiological classification, presenting with coronal and sagittal plane deformities, lateral thrust during gait, and knee joint instability. All cases of secondary osteoarthritis including the following will be excluded from the study - Rheumatoid arthritis (RA factor positive), Gouty Arthritis, Septic arthritis Synovitis Spondyloarthropathies Ligament injuries Connective tissue diseases. Referred pain, Para articular pain Pregnancy Psoriasis and other skin lesions Traumatic arthritis Surgically intervened knees Uncontrolled DM, HTN
