Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 44 75 years (middle-aged 44 60; elderly 60 75) who are medically stable, able to provide informed consent, and capable of face-to-face assessments with sufficient cognitive awareness to understand the evaluation tools will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a diagnosed neurodegenerative condition (e.g., Alzheimer s disease, Parkinson s disease) Suffer from severe psychiatric disorders or intellectual disabilities Have hearing, vision, or communication impairments that may interfere with assessment Are currently hospitalized or undergoing acute medical treatment Are unwilling or unable to comply with the study protocol
