Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational football Players Associated with playing football for minimum 3 times per week and minimum 1 hour per session Subjects with flexible flat foot and positive with navicular drop test (NDT) less than or equal to10 mm Age 18-25 years old Subject willing to provide consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ankle injury in the last six months history of foot surgery ankle pain during the study Kinesio tape sensitivity Refuse to participate in the study or not adhering to treatment anymore female recreational football players
