Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients fulfilling 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria for diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. 2) Patients having DAS-28 score up to 5. 3) Patient willing to participate and give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are contraindicated for Basti karma will not be included such as udara rog, intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction. Pregnant women and Lactating mothers.
