Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Diagnosed with schizophrenia characterized by persistent delusions based on ICD-11 criteria. b. Currently on a stable dose of antipsychotic medication for at least 6 months. c. Age between 18 and 40 years. d. Willing to participate in psychotherapeutic interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Presence of comorbid substance abuse disorder. b. Cognitive impairment that limits participation in TAT or psychotherapy.
