Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases of biopsy proven Ocular Squamous Surface Neoplasia (OSSN) with tumor stage T3 with eyelid involvement, fornix involvement, corneal involvement more than 50 percent and not responding to topical treatment, intraocular extension. Tumors with nodal involvement, stage N1 and Patients consenting for Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy (NACT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not consenting for NACT Patient not fit to receive NACT Hematogenous metastasis (any M1)

MeasureTime frame
To study the tumor response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in cases of surgically challenging OSSNTimepoint: 12 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the histopathological features of chemo-reduced tumor Timepoint: total study duration - 18 months;To study chemo-toxicity profile of the drugs in NACT regimenTimepoint: Total study duration- 18 months
