Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 18 to 60 years. 2.Either gender. 3.Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Manyasthambha (neck stiffness, pain, and restricted cervical movements). 4.Patients with confirmed radiological findings suggestive of cervical spondylosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Traumatic injuries or fractures of the cervical spine. 2.Infective, inflammatory, or neoplastic lesions in the cervical region. 3.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or diabetic neuropathy. 4.HIV or HBsAg positive. 5.Pregnant or lactating women. 6.Uncontrolled hypertension or other systemic disorders contraindicating Agnikarma. 7.History of cervical spine surgery. 8.Skin diseases or ulcers at the treatment site.
