Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: unaided distance visual acuity less than 6/6 on Snellen s chart improvement in visual acuity with pinhole or corrective lenses patients with spherical power of less than or equal to minus3.00 diopters and or cylindrical power of less than or equal to minus3.00 diopters
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unaided distance visual acuity less than 6/60 on Snellen s chart. K/C/O- Congenital, Pathological, Secondary Myopia. Patients with spherical power and/or cylindrical power more than -3.00 Diopters. Progressive Optical Diopters within 6 months. Presence of other ocular diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal disorders, or corneal pathology. History of eye surgery or trauma affecting visual function. K/C/O- systemic diseases affecting vision, such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or neurological disorders. Pregnant or lactating women. Individuals unwilling or unable to comply with the Treatment regimen and follow-up schedule.
