Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post stroke patient aged 18 to 65 years who has a sleep disorder evidenced by a PSQI score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with impaired cognitive function History of drug intake that can affect the sleep cycle Altered sensorium or impaired consciousness Suffering from post-stroke depression as evidenced by the Beck Depression Inventory score Previous history of sleep disorder before stroke

MeasureTime frame
1.Improvement in PSQI scores post-rTMS and sustained benefits at three months. 2.Enhancement in sleep architecture parameters (TST, SE, SL, N3, and REM). 3.Increase in serum BDNF and melatonin levels post-intervention, reflecting improved neuroplasticity and circadian regulation. Timepoint: 1 month intervention and 3 months outcome
