Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I/II patients, weighing 45-80 kg posted for awake craniotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to give consent, Local Anesthetic Allergy, Raised intracranial pressure, Bradyarrhythmia, Deranged liver function tests
