Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents diagnosed PCOS between the age group of 13 to 17 years. Confirm diagnosed of PCOS by health worker. Adolescents who are currently active

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescent who are not physically active Who can not communicate effectively Severe psychological condition Recent surgery (abdominal, pelvic) Severe comorbidities Any injuries that limit physical activities.
