Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years with chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months 2. PASI more than or equalto 12 or BSA more than or equal to 10 percent or sPGA score more than or equal to 3 3. Intolerance to systemic therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pustular guttate, erythrodermic psoriasis 2. Previous biology therapy within 6 months 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Active infection or immunocompromised state. 5. Significant hepatic or immunocompromised 6. Patients with hypersensitivity reactions like urticaria, anaphylaxis, and angioedema 7.Patient with inflammatory bowel disease 8. Known hypersensitivity to monoclonal antibodies

Improvment in PASI, DLQI,score and adverse event recording.Timepoint: Week1,2,4,12,24

1. 1. Patient achieving PASI50 at week 2. 2.Patient achieving PASI75 at week 2 3.Patient achieving PASI90 at week 4. 4. Patient achieving PASI100 at week 8.Timepoint: Every 2 week followup for 12 weeks and then every 4 wwek follow up for next 12 week. Total duration 24 weeks
