Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students (18-20yrs) with low lung volume students to participate in the study and signing in the written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery, students with chronic diseases, person with currently receiving treatment from AYUSH therapies Any other comorbities use of hypnotic medication or other drug causing drowsiness
