Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Postpartum females within 4 weeks of delivery 2 Aged 18 years or older 3 Able to provide informed consent and participate in WhatsApp groups

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pre-existing psychiatric disorders. 2 Severe medical comorbidities. 3 Currently undergoing psychotherapy or pharmacological treatment for depression.
