Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I and II Patients aged between 18 to 65 years of either gender Patients posted for upper limb surgeries Patients undergoing elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients with ischemic disease of limbs Polycythemia Haemoglobin less than 8 BMI greater than 30
