Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 75 years undergoing elective oncologic laparotomy. ECOG performance status 0 2. Ability to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised state (e.g., neutropenia, HIV). Perforation or gross fecal contamination at time of surgery.
