Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes patients and prediabetes patients 2. Duration of Diabetes should be equal or less than 25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes patients 2. Gestational diabetes 3. Regular Smokers and alcoholics 4. T2DM patients under insulin 5. Pregnancy and Lactation 6. Diabetes patients with the following co-morbidities: Active infectious stage of Diabetic foot ulcers, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and history of stroke.
