Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 yrs ASA Grade I & II Undergoing laparotomy surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: known allergy to study drugs patients with local skin conditions preventing patch application Known opioid dependents and chronic opioid use pregnant and lactating mothers
